Copyright and trademark law

The publisher endeavours in all publications to respect the copyrights of the graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts, to use graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts that it has generated itself or to avail itself of licence-free graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts.
 All brand and trademark rights cited in its Internet site and brand or trademark rights possibly protected by third parties are subject without limit to the provisions of applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of their registered owners. Mere citation shall not suffice to justify the conclusion that they are not protected by third-party rights. Copyright for published items produced by their author remains exclusively with the author of the sites. Any reproduction or use of such graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without express consent by the author.
